Pastor Emily joined Christ Church in 2021, where her effusive energy, organization, and "Southern hospitality" catalyzed growth. Ordained UMC in 2014, with an MDiv from Iliff School of Theology, Emily has served churches in Lyons, Erie and Windsor, CO; Sandy, UT; and Munich, Germany, where she trained as a Lay Pastor. Before ministry, Emily worked in executive search/C-level recruiting (2004-2011) and supported corporate litigation (2001-2004). She holds an MBA from the University of SC (USC) and the Business University of Vienna (WU Wien ), as well as a BA in German  from USC. Emily's passions include her new husband (also a UMC clergy), blended family (his 2 and her 2 kids), yoga, spiritual direction, coaching, hiking, travel, food & drink, books and puzzles. She'd love to grab a beer or coffee with you!

Rebecca grew up at Christ Church and has served nearly 10 years on staff, overseeing day-to-day business operations, administration, communication, and property and tenant management. She is married with two young adult "kids" and co-leads our United Women in Faith group.      

Jackie is a cradle United Methodist from Ohio and educator with the Denver Acquarium. She joined our staff in 2024 and is growing the choir and ensemble musicians, as she designs and co-creates high quality, passionate worship. Lisa joined Christ Church in 2022 after moving to Denver from Atlanta, where she was on staff for years at a large UMC. She runs our programs for ages 0-18, including nursery, children's ministries and youth / Confirmation. The young ones adore her and her annual Back to School Extravagaaanza!   

SyLinda is a skilled pianist who joined our staff in 2024, and makes our old pipe organ come alive! A current Iliff theology student, SyLinda is new to Denver from TX , is married and has adult kid(s?). We are blessed by her talent and hope to convince her to stick around the Mile High City for a good long time.
